New Management at Quality Industries
Ricky Chaney is the plant manager of the Denton, TX, plant and Mike Swift is the production manager at the La Vergne, TN, plant.

Quality Industries Inc. (QI; La Vergne, TN), a precision metalworks company, has named Ricky Chaney as plant manager for its expanding operations in Texas and Mike Swift as the production manager for its Tennessee operations.
Chaney brings 20 years of manufacturing and operations experience within the metal fabrication and plastics industries, including positions at General Cable Corporation, Wolverine Tube, Mueller Industries and Amcor Rigid Plastics. His responsibilities include overseeing production capabilities at the company’s Denton, TX, facility, which is in the process of expanding into a new 86,000 sq ft space.
Swift is an industry veteran with 35 years of manufacturing experience with companies including Hillenbrand, Ingersoll Rand, Johnson Controls and Rockwell International. As production manager at the La Vergne facility, he oversees all aspects of product safety, quality, delivery and cost management.
