Central Tube and Bar Opens New Facility
The company opens a new 55,000 sq ft plant in Tulsa, OK.

Central Tube and Bar, Inc. (CTB; Tulsa, OK) celebrated the grand opening of its new 55,000 sq ft Tulsa facility on July 21. CTB Tulsa employees, board members and executives from the company headquarters in Conway, AR, joined company founder and chief executive officer Doug Ward for a ribbon cutting ceremony to commemorate the event.
The company first established a presence in the Tulsa area in 2003. Steady growth in its regional customer base and the addition of new processing equipment motivated the search for a larger facility two years ago. CTB eventually decided to invest in a new ‘greenfield site’ building optimized to its needs and designed to accommodate future expansion.
