Hynes Acquires American Roll Form Products
This deal brings a manufacturing and commercial presence to the West Coast for Hynes.

Hynes Industries (Youngstown, OH) has announced the acquisition of American Roll Form Products (ARF; Painesville, OH). Hynes is a 90-year-old leader in roll formed shapes and strip steel products that serves the truck trailer, solar, overhead door, steel service center and industrial markets. As a result of this acquisition, the company will now have manufacturing operations and headquarters in Youngstown with additional manufacturing in Kokomo, IN; Painesville, OH; and Las Vegas, NV.
