“I’ve always enjoyed visiting customers most, seeing what they do and using my experience and knowledge to help them overcome their challenges. I look forward to gathering the information and developing the tools to help our whole team do the same with our CNC mills and lathes.”
MC Machinery Systems Inc. (Wood Dale, IL) has announced the hire of Todd Romeiser as the national sales manager of their machining division. He will be overseeing sales of the company’s broad offering of milling and turning centers.
“In addition to his impressive leadership experience, Todd spent years on the shop floor developing an understanding not only of milling and turning, but of how those machines and processes support a broader operation, especially those heavy in EDM,” explained Bill Isaac, the vice president of sales and marketing at MC Machinery. “He’ll be a huge asset as we continue to grow the machining area of our business.”
Romeiser has more than 30 years of experience in manufacturing. In that time, he rose from a tool and die shop apprentice to president of the U.S. subsidiary of Spanish-based machine tool manufacturer ONA EDM, responsible for managing budget, sales and service. He’s also served in a regional sales manager capacity at Sodick, Tornos, and Agie Charmilles.
“I’ve always enjoyed visiting customers most, seeing what they do and using my experience and knowledge to help them overcome their challenges,” noted Romeiser. “I look forward to gathering the information and developing the tools to help our whole team do the same with our CNC mills and lathes.”
