Booth N-18025: The deep throat depth of the MFDC Spot/Projection Welder from Dengensha America uses advanced controls, precise welding currents and better heat efficiency to reach maximum current levels faster and create stronger welds for larger high strength steel parts.

In Booth N-18025, Dengensha America Corporation (Bedford, OH) showcases their new MFDC Spot/Projection Welder that reaches maximum current levels faster and creates stronger welds for larger high strength steel parts. Its deep throat depth adds to that capability, as do the advanced controls, precise welding currents and better heat efficiency. To maximize a shop’s investment value, MFDC Spot/Projection Welders can be combined with Degensha Feeders with off-the-shelf simplicity and long-term reliability.

The MFDC Spot/Projection Welder is available with 75 KVA, 100 KVA and 150 KVA ratings; two throat depth options (400 mm and 600 mm); and two stroke options (115 mm and 155 mm). When readily combined with Dengensha Feeders it can easily accommodate larger high strength steel nut or stud projection welding applications. An easily operated program box walks users through the setting of the weld schedule. Dengensha Feeders are the most reliable, durable and economical vibratory and rotary feeders available in the market today, with the ability to feed a wide variety of weld nuts and studs correctly and repeatedly while achieving required user cycle times. Depending on requirements, every Feeder comes complete with either a PLC or PCB control. The MFDC Spot/Projection Welder is designed to maximize productivity because of its durability and reliability of operation, making it available as a low initial investment that requires minimal maintenance.

Dengensha America offers the most complete line of resistance welding equipment in the world for automotive, agricultural and general manufacturing applications. Their resistance welding product line includes projection and spot welders, weld guns, feeders and controls with consumables, and spare parts. Training and field service complete a single source capability.
