In Booth S-3934, DoALL® Sawing Products (Savage, MN) offers the most complete line of vertical contour band saws, as well as horizontal saws, miter cutting saws, vertical tilt-frame models, horizontal production level band saws, and the latest addition to their sawing machine line-up: SC-100A circular carbide saws that are custom tailored for production level environments. This circular cut off or cold saw offers automatic operation, numerical control and solid heavy-duty construction that provides more rigidity and reduces vibration for higher cutting rates, exceptional accuracy, superior surface finish and increased blade life for cutting a wide range of metals on a production basis.

SC-100A circular carbide saws are ideal for cutting small diameters, short lengths and thousands of parts. Also classified as cut off or cold saws, these metal cutting saws provide full automation for intricate and precise cuts, saving both time and money. DoALL industrial metal cutting band saws combine maximum performance and versatility with guaranteed accuracy. Standard equipment includes a PLC control for electric and hydraulic functions, easy conversational HMI, infinitely variable blade speed controlled by inverter, hydraulic front & vertical vises and floating shuttle device. The SC-100A circular saw also comes with a hydraulic sorting chute, electro-magnetic powder brake, automatic chip conveyor, power wire brush and work lamp.
