Laguna Tools Hires New Director
Kevin Mautino is their new director of marketing.

Kevin Mautino has joined Laguna Tools, Inc. (Irvine, CA) as the director of marketing, reporting to the vice president Catherine Helshoj. Mautino will have oversight of strategic direction and also manage day-to-day operations of the marketing department. The company’s innovation in CNC routers, industrial tools, and tools for hobbyists has resulted in record growth that prompted the need for this newly created position.
“I am very excited that Kevin has joined our team,” said Helshoj. “We have done well in marketing our brand and getting the name out there. But there’s more work that needs to be done to build the brand even further, especially when it comes to increasing our digital presence.”

Mautino joins the company from Arbonne International, LLC, where he served as online marketing manager. During his eight-year tenure, he was involved in a number of aspects, including management of interactive design and development, project management, digital marketing strategy and analytics, and social media community management. Prior to Arbonne, he was the art director at Marcomm Associates, a marketing agency formerly based out of Brea, CA. He has also consulted for companies in industries such as fashion, DIY, self-help, legal, and non-profit.
