OMAX Hosts Autodesk Cloud-based Fusion 360 at FABTECH
Third party vendors and CAD software suppliers are encouraged to write software that improves OMAX waterjet cutting productivity.

At FABTECH 2015 in Chicago, OMAX® Corporation (Kent, WA) will host software provider Autodesk, Inc. (San Rafael, CA) as it presents new simulation capabilities and further enhancements to its cloud-based Autodesk Fusion 360 in OMAX Corporation Booth S-2767. Curtis Chan, a technical evangelist at Autodesk, will present on Fusion 360 at 11 am on Monday, November 9, and again at 10 am on Tuesday-Thursday, November 10-12. He will also be on hand for questions and additional requested presentations.
OMAX extends the versatility of its innovative Intelli-MAX® Software Suite for JetMachining® Centers by encouraging third party vendors such as Autodesk and other CAD software suppliers to write software that improves the productivity of their customers and their abrasive waterjet cutting machines.
Intelli-MAX is an industry leader in file-format sharing capabilities that includes all major CAD/CAM and artistic drawing programs. Users can import from more than 90 different file formats, including vector graphics, 3D files, raster graphics, CAD files and more. Plus, most third party CAD/CAM and nesting software systems can output directly to the company’s controller software.
