Booth N-1032: Using state-of-the-art tube bending machinery and inspection technology, Sharpe Products provides custom pipe and tube bending, rolling, laser cutting and fabrication services on a variety of shapes and schedules of simple to complex parts.

In Booth N-1032, Sharpe Products (New Berlin, WI) will showcase the custom pipe and tube bending and rolling services they provide that competitively meet the needs of many industries, including automotive, medical, furniture, and handrail applications. From simple to complex bent parts, this ISO 9001:2008 registered company has the capabilities to bend pipe and tube from ¼ in OD up to 6 in OD. Utilizing state-of-the-art tube bending machinery and inspection technology, a variety of shapes, schedules, and gages can be bent, rolled, laser cut, or fabricated. Sharpe’s bending team is experienced with steel, stainless steel, aluminum, copper, and more. From all-electric CNC mandrel bending machines with multi-radii stacking and tube generation capabilities, to a unique freeform bender, it is possible to produce simple to complex high-quality bent products, with accuracy and repeatability, in cost effective and time efficient ways.

In addition to custom tube bending services, the company also offers fiber optic tube laser cutting services. They have two fiber optic tube lasers which have the capacity for pipe or tube up to 6 in OD and 4 in square. With increased production speed, the traditional more costly fabricating processes are completed in a lean and efficient manner saving customers time and money on custom projects. Traditional processes that the tube lasers replace include:

  • Hole Punching
  • Drilling
  • Slotting
  • Notching
  • Coping
  • Part Marking
  • Etching

Any combination of these features can be applied on one part with streamlined efficiency and minimal part handling. Fiber optic tube lasers also has the unique capability of not only cutting steel and stainless steel, but also highly reflective materials which include aluminum, copper, brass, bronze, and galvanized pipe. Additional value-added fabrication services are also available including:

  • High speed cutting
  • End-forming up to 7 in OD: beading (including Marmon beading), reducing, expanding, flaring, swaging, & threading
  • Custom pipe/tube fabrication: welding, coping, drilling, punching and notching

Sharpe welcomes job sizes from prototypes to large volume production runs and offers competitive pricing, quick lead times, and on-time shipping.
