Weiler Corporation (Cresco,PA), a leading provider of power brushes, abrasives, and maintenance products for surface conditioning, has announced a multi-million dollar transformation to improve customer service and position the company for future growth.

The initiative includes significant investment in a bold new brand identity, facility expansion, increased staffing in key business areas, as well as new training tools that reflect the company’s commitment to providing proactive, innovative solutions to our customers’ most pressing needs.

“Our business is so much more than providing high quality products,” said Chris Weiler, the president and chief executive officer of the company. “It’s about working together with our customers to solve their toughest challenges. Our bold new logo and brand identity dramatically illustrate this commitment to partner with our customers closely and truly make a difference for their business.”

To support this effort, the company has completely redesigned its website to make it more user-friendly and help customers find what they need quickly and easily so they can get their work done faster, safer and better. The redesigned website, www.weilerabrasives.com, features a simplified search function, products segmented by both industry and application, and a ‘Where to Buy’ section, connecting customers to the distributor partners that sell Weiler products.

“The transformation applies not just to our virtual space, but also extends into our physical office space, with a complete redesign and expansion of our offices to create a more open, collaborative working environment,” added Weiler. “Coupled with our significantly expanded manufacturing capacity and investment in state-of-the art capital equipment, we’re confident that Weiler is positioned to enable our people to solve even our customers’ most persistent and difficult surface conditioning challenges.”

The transformation also includes a 60 percent increase in direct field sales support, providing market based applications training in important industry applications. The investment in headcount and training allows Weiler to be both more accessible to the customer and more consultative in identifying their pressing challenges and partnering to find and create solutions.
