Chicago Slitter Adds Sales Executive
Phil Simonpietri will help grow their market share in coil processing applications.

Chicago Slitter (Itasca, IL), a world leader in the design and manufacture of custom-built, high performance, heavy duty coil slitting, blanking, and cut-to-length lines, announces that Phil Simonpietri has joined the company as sales executive.
He joins the company in continuing to provide innovative coil-processing solutions that can help customers meet and exceed their production requirements, bringing a great level of experience in automation and high speed production equipment. This will play a critical role in the ongoing efforts to further strengthen and increase market share. Simonpietri’s years of sales experience in various markets will help provide customers the ideal production solutions that will save time, reduce costs and increase productivity.

Prior to joining their team, Simonpietri worked with MAE-Eitel selling specialty presses, and automated manufacturing solutions selling custom automation for machine loading and discrete part processing and assembly/manufacturing. His experience covers the major industry segments of automotive, off-road equipment, agriculture, appliance, aerospace, and electronics.
He holds degrees from the College of William & Mary and the Thunderbird School of Global Management. Early in his career he completed a 150 week technical training program at Cincinnati Milacron for machine tools and robotics for applications and sales engineering management.
