PMPA Has New Executive Director
Bernie Nagle now leads their administrative team.

Precision Machined Products Association (PMPA; Brecksville, OH) announced Bernie Nagle as its new executive director to provide purpose, focus and constructive guidance through his role as leader of the association’s administrative team.
PMPA is a member-driven trade association composed of nearly 500 member organizations in the precision and production machining industry. They provide value to their members through technical, regulatory and policy support as well as training and networking.
Prior to joining the association, Nagle served in a number of executive and leadership roles for Fortune 500 companies, including Price Waterhouse and Coopers. He also served as an executive board member for Conscious Capitalism Northeast Ohio, a director of strategy and continuous improvement for Plastic Injection Molding and the owner and president of California Closets.
He is the co-author of the book, “Leveraging People & Profit – the Hard Work of Soft Management.” Today he is the principal founder of Altrupreneur, a consulting group of business owners, C-level executives, managers, supervisors and workers at every level . . . “who embody a covenant of mutual care, concern and sustainability in their relationships, both in and out of the workplace.”
“I’m honored and very excited to assume the role of executive director,” said Nagle. “I have been a passionate advocate for manufacturing throughout my career, and I am eager to help to provide the information, resources, advocacy and networking opportunities to help the manufacturing companies in PMPA to become more productive and profitable.”
Nagle earned a bachelor’s degree in chemistry from Gannon University, where he was named Distinguished Alumnus. He earned a management certificate from Northeastern University Graduate School of Business and a certificate in Inspiring Leadership through Emotional Intelligence from Case Western Reserve University Weatherhead School.
PMPA has been the sole provider of industry-specific information since their formation in 1933. With the combined strength of their members, they are able to provide a variety of management and technical services to help support member companies in all areas of supervision and production.
