Hyde IBS Names Supply Chain Director
Lynn Henchey will lead their supplier and material procurement teams.

Hyde Industrial Blade Solutions (IBS; Southbridge, MA) announced that Lynn Henchey of West Springfield, MA, has been named supply chain director at this leading manufacturer of industrial knives and blades. In this position, she will be responsible for leading supplier and material procurement teams.
In her new role, Henchey will lead initiatives for the sourcing of new suppliers while continuing to improve service levels and seek cost reductions throughout the supply chain helping to deliver product improvement and cost containment benefits to customers. She will also be responsible for forecasting material demand and monitoring investment in raw material inventories.
Prior to joining the company she was the global sourcing manager for Newell Rubbermaid (formerly American Saw & Manufacturing Company). During her 28-year tenure there, she held a number of roles with increasing responsibilities over time. She was also employed by C&S Wholesale Grocers as a customer procurement integration leader.
Henchey graduated from Bay Path College (Longmeadow, MA) with a Bachelor of Science in Management. She is also a past member of the Purchasing Manager’s Association of Western Massachusetts.
