AXYZ Opens New Tampa Office
This is their fourth sales, service and field support facility in the U.S.

AXYZ International (Burlington, ON) is pleased to announce the opening of its newest office in Tampa, FL. A global leader in CNC router manufacturing, they now have four offices in the U.S., including Atlanta, Cincinnati, Los Angeles and Tampa, making it possible to be even more responsive to customers’ needs.
Tampa was chosen as the new location because it is well-positioned for supporting shops throughout the state. “We decided to open the office to bring our sales, service and field technician support groups closer to our customers. Our philosophy of ‘Fast, Flexible and Direct’ drives our desire to be in close contact with our partners to help them achieve outstanding productivity gains with their equipment purchases,” said John Donaldson, the new business development manager for the company.
At the new office, visitors can see several of the newest machines and technologies, watch a demonstration of a machine for their specific routing or knife cutting application and meet with their local sales representative. In addition, the Tampa office will provide local support and onsite service calls from a local field technician. “If a table goes down, our tech can be there on the same day or within a day with the necessary parts to fix the problem. Shops don’t have to wait a week or stop production because of a problem with a router. We get them back up and running quickly, so their production times don’t suffer,” said West Bryson, the company’s Florida sales representative.
The Tampa office is open from 8:30 am until 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday. Appointments for machine demonstrations can be scheduled in advance or can take place during semi-annual open houses. The first open house for the Tampa office is on May 18-19. There will be free workshops on the Trident Routing/Knife Cutting System, PanelBuilder 16 software and CNC router basic maintenance. Attendees will learn practical tips for specific routing and knife cutting applications. From a two-man beginning to now, AXYZ has manufactured, sold, installed and supported over 9,000 CNC machines for use in a variety of applications in Canada, the U.S., the UK, Poland and India.
