With a round capacity of 31.4 in (800 mm), the Continental DC-560SA Band Saw from DoALL is one of the Continental Series of high production, semi-automatic horizontal band saws that are perfect for shops that need a high production band saw, but have operations that do not require indexing or automatic cutting cycles.
Featuring variable speed control to maximize material output and yield, the 2613-D36 Vertical Band Saw from DoALL uses a Greenlee Diamond Blade for cutting brittle, dusty material where the dust is highly abrasive and may be flammable.

DoALL Sawing Products/Continental Machines, Inc. (Savage, MN) offers the Continental Series™ DC-280SA, DC-330SA, DC-500SA, DC-560SA and DC-800SA high production, semi-automatic horizontal band saws by DoALL® as the perfect choice for shops that need a high production band saw, but have operations that do not require indexing or automatic cutting cycles. Semi-automatic capacities on rectangles ranges from 11-3/4 in x 11 in (300 mm x 280 mm) up to 39.4 in x 31.5 in (1000 mm x 800 mm). Semi-automatic operation differs from traditional automatic or manual operation, because once an operator has set the desired feed rate, blade speed and initial vise opening, a cut is complete, the band shuts off and the head returns to the upright open position and locks. The operator must then manually reposition the material for another cut. Semi-automatic operation increases blade life and cutting accuracy as the operator is not manually pressuring or overloading the saw blade during the cut.

In other equipment applications, DoALL offers their new 2613-D36 Vertical Band Saw that is designed with a Greenlee Diamond Blade for cutting brittle or dusty materials. The 2613-D36 is ideal for cutting material where the dust is highly abrasive and may be flammable. With its diamond saw blade, the 2613-D36 features variable speed control to maximize material output and yield. A unique back gauge design allows for extremely accurate cutting, holding cuts up to thousandths of an inch. The machine also features multiple dust/swarf control mechanisms to avoid contaminating critical areas. Founded in 1946 and part of DoALL Company, Greenlee Diamond is a leader in the design and manufacture of super abrasive grinding products serving a wide array of industries.
