In Booth N-6354, Pinpoint Laser Systems (Peabody, MA) will display their Laser Microgage PRO Dual Axis Measuring System for measuring stage and table runout; adjusting rails, slides and guides; aligning bearings and journals; locating gantry rails and cross bridges; checking rail and track parallelism; gauging large parts and assemblies; leveling machinery; measuring shaft and machinery deflections; and providing preventative maintenance information.
For these applications, the Microgage PRO Universal Alignment Kit includes a Microgage laser transmitter, a Microgage 2-axis receiver and Microgage smart display, a leveler rotational mount, a 90-Line right angle beam bender, a precision tripod mount, an adjustable receiver mount and fixtures, two magnetic on/off mounts, a computer USB interface cable, CaptureTM software, 120 VAC charger/power supply, two rechargeable battery packs, Alkaline D cell batteries, an operations manual, carrying case and free product support.
