As their new general manager, he will lead sales, operations and technical engineering teams to develop and grow the business, with a strong focus on continuous improvement, quality, innovation and customer service.
John Nichols comes to Franklin Bronze Precision Components, LLC (Franklin, PA) with 30 years of experience in castings, with a concentration in investment castings. He has held leadership roles in general management, sales, operations and technical engineering. As their new general manager, he is responsible for leading the team to develop and grow the business, with a strong focus on continuous improvement, quality, innovation and customer service.
Nichols holds a Bachelor’s degree in Metallurgical Engineering from the University of Cincinnati and a Master of Science degree in Materials Science and Engineering from Case Western Reserve University. He has also obtained his Six Sigma Black Belt certification.
