Manchester Tool & Die, Inc. (MTD; North Manchester, IN) offers their Model M71-E-3 and Model M71-E-6 Electric Tube End Forming Systems for tubes up to 1½ in diameter. The M71-E-6 has a servo driven six-position rotary shuttle and the M71-E-3 has a pneumatically driven three-position shuttle, both of which are easily programmable through a human machine interface. A servo flag stop system is available for quick, tool free flag adjustments which helps achieve quicker and more accurate setups. These electric tube end forming systems also feature independent stroke speed adjustment, easy access for tooling changeovers and service, energy savings and noise reduction.
