In Booth C-22073, CLARCOR Industrial Air (Cincinnati, OH), a manufacturer of industrial air filters for use in heavy industry applications, will display the DustHog Plug-n-Play (PNP) cartridge dust collector. This new addition to the DustHog portfolio provides a convenient, clean air solution for numerous manufacturing processes including welding, robotic weld cells, plasma and laser cutting, stone, bulk powders, and more. The PNP delivers a combination of high performance dust and fume collection in a convenient package that reduces installation and service time while saving energy and operational costs.
The PNP’s integrated touchscreen controller simplifies operation and maintenance. Its Auto Flow option measures airflow and automatically adjusts the fan speed to maintain a specified target airflow as the process or filter pressure drop changes. The PNP is powered with the new ProTura® DH nanofiber filter media which is highly efficient (MERV 15) and capable of capturing respirable, submicron particulate. ProTura DH filters feature surface loading technology which reduces compressed air consumption during filter cleaning, therefore extending filter life.
