Gilman Adds Business Development Specialist

Keeping pace with the growth of Gilman Precision (Grafton, WI), a manufacturer of customized linear and rotary motion systems, Craig Grady was recently added to their sales force team as a business development specialist. In this position, he now manages their Western U.S. sales territories and works with Weimer Bearing & Transmission (Weston, WI) regions within Wisconsin to accomplish business growth goals.
Through a variety of methods, Grady is responsible for facilitating the connection between engineers and customers in creating smooth communication and intentional, service-minded relationships with existing and prospective clients. “It is my great pleasure to add Craig to our business development team,” said Doug Biggs, the vice president of sales and marketing. “During this exciting time for us, we believe his unique skill set and experience is an asset in driving that momentum, strengthening our sales network and ever-increasing our ability to help customers find solutions quickly and accurately.”
Grady has many years of experience in the sales environment, specifically in business automation and technology industries. Backed by values of exceptional customer care and servant leadership, he is excited to join the team in expanding the bands of excellence. He obtained a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Leadership from Wisconsin Lutheran University.
