Booth N-1625: At 47 lb, the new PV2412 digitally controlled induction bearing heater from BESSEY is light enough to be transported when and where it’s needed on a jobsite to heat bearings up to 44 lb.
Booth N-1625: The PVH3813 digitally controlled induction bearing heater from BESSEY is unique in that it can heat bearings up to 330 lb vertically or it can more rapidly heat the bearings by mounting horizontally on the digital induction heating unit.
Booth N-1625: The SVH5223 digitally controlled induction bearing heater from BESSEY is unique in that it can heat bearings up to 330 lb vertically or it can more rapidly heat the bearings by mounting horizontally on the digital induction heating unit.

In Booth N-1625, BESSEY® Tools North America (Cambridge, ON), a manufacturer of clamps and other tools, will display its line of digitally controlled induction bearing heaters. Portable, digitally controlled and CE certified, these new PV2412, PVH3813 and SVH5223 digital units are light enough to take onto the jobsite for everyday use. These induction bearing heaters help extend bearing life and cut operating costs by eliminating hammering and pounding to cold mount bearings. The new digital units feature a straightforward set of controls that can be used to set the temperature and the time, and all will automatically demagnetize the bearings during the process.

The PV2412 unit comes in a hard sided carrying case with strap and handle, and it is light enough at 47 lb to be transported when and where it’s needed on a jobsite. Bearings up to 44 lb can be heated using this unit. The PVH3813 and SVH5223 units are unique in that they can heat bearings vertically or they can more rapidly heat the bearings by mounting horizontally on the digital induction heating unit. Bearings up to 330 lb can be heated using these units. A set of cross bars, heat resistant gloves and a detailed user’s guide comes with each unit. All units are 120V / 15A, 50/60 Hz.
