Full Electric CNC Bender
The YLM CNC 38 MS AE full electric bender from J&S Machine uses TEACH programming to simultaneously move any or all axes of the machine to reduce cycle times or work around machine interference on parts being bent.

In Booth N-6100, J&S Machine, Inc. (Ellsworth, WI), a distributor of C.L.O.M.E.A. and YLM metal fabrication equipment, will display the YLM CNC 38MS AE model of rotary bender. This model has received a new look, software system and design changes since its first release in 2009. The YLM CNC 38 MS AE is a full electric bender. Software highlights the TEACH mode of programming for the tube moves between the bends. The TEACH mode of programming has been used for many years with larger size electric benders and is now incorporated in smaller size machines. This mode allows for moving any or all axes of the machine simultaneously to reduce cycle times or work around machine interference with the parts to be bent.
