In Booth C-50085, TigerStop LLC (Vancouver, WA), a manufacturer of automated stop/gauge and pusher systems, will display several new products in its lineup. The TigerSPC is a caliper set designed for users to make quality control measurements easily for parts as long as 16 ft. It simplifies operations for the user to ensure accurate measurements. With its easy to use snap-in jaws, a change from holes to miters to overall measurements can be made in seconds without losing calibration. Optional TigerSPC software logs measurement data from the caliper set and allows the user to export that information as a .csv file so data can be imported into other Statistical Process Control Programs.

The company has integrated its simple and intuitive SawGear® automated stop onto the shear of a Piranha P65 Ironworker so that now the operator can enter a length into the SawGear controller, the stop moves to position, and the operator places material through the shear against the stop and cuts. The SawGear has an angled adjustable pusher arm that can be easily adjusted to accommodate different material sizes. According to the manufacturer, SawGear saves time, improves accuracy and increases output when the operator is shearing a lot of different parts each day. The company has also integrated its TigerStop® automated material pusher and stop with a Piranha P65 Ironworker to create a fully automated punch. The TigerStop comes with the stop, back fence, table, plus an Advanced Interconnect Kit 2 (AIK2) kill line. It allows the operator to download cut lists and run the tool with an incremental movement or pattern list.

Also on display will be the TigerSaw 2000, a fully automated push feed saw station for cutting non-ferrous metals such as aluminum. It comes with an adjustable cutting envelope so the operator can set the system for the material to be cut. This saw station can be configured to handle large pack loads with the TigerTurbo and up to 2,100 lb with the HeavyDuty 2. It features an air-over-oil drive cylinder to provide saw-stroke control for faster processing and better cut quality.
