In Booth N-7215, Accurate Technology, Inc. (Fletcher, NC), a supplier of digital measuring systems, will feature its new semi-custom dimensional measurement system, the ProTable X, which builds on the company’s ProTable™ single- and dual-axis dimensional measuring systems. ProTable X is a semi-custom system designed to measure sheets, discs and more. The surface is anodized aluminum plate or stainless steel. The system is battery operated and includes automatic temperature compensation. It has an accuracy of ±.003 in across the entire linear range of measurement and can be up to 48 in W x 120 in L. ProTable X uses aluminum extrusion and long-life steel bearings to insure smooth operation and to minimize orthogonal, Abbé and cosine measuring errors. After customer requirements are discussed, design solutions are shared using real time screen sharing tools and/or 3D CAD viewers to ensure that the final product is built to satisfy specific measuring requirements.
