PerformArc laser welding systems from Miller Electric combine the robot, laser, optics and all accessories into one fully integrated unit that works together as a whole and shares a single disconnect. A complete, ready-to-run system includes a Class 1 laser enclosure, choice of laser and process head, robot teach pendant and FILTAIR fume hood. In cladding applications, the new hotwire power supply eliminates wasted material and mess compared to powder cladding processes, and provides higher deposition than powder or cold wire.

High Speed Robotic Laser Welding Systems for Welding, Cladding and 3D Printing
Up to ten times faster than conventional welding, pre-engineered PerformArc laser welding systems from Miller Electric also achieve high deposition rates and low dilution for higher-tier and OEM automotive applications, additive manufacturing, and a variety of oil and gas and overlay jobs.

Laser Sensing and Workhorse Robot Cells Improve Weld Quality, Reduce Cycle Times
The AccuFast II laser seam finder and high speed ArcWorld 200 and ArcWorld 500 welding systems from Yaskawa Motoman greatly improve shop welding productivity.

Automated High Speed Friction Spin Welding for Higher Integrity Welds of Dissimilar Metals
Fully automated SpinMeld systems from Coldwater Machine are ideal for joining steels, aluminum, cast or sintered metals, magnesium, brass, carbon fiber composites, ceramics with mixed metal connections, and dissimilar combinations of these materials.

MIG Gun Consumables Reduce Downtime So Operators Stay More Productive
Ideal for gas-shielded flux-cored, spray transfer and pulsed-spray transfer, and short-circuit MIG applications, Tweco Classic Numbered Series MIG guns from ESAB are now available with Velocity consumables that feature gas-ported contact tips that run 30 percent cooler and last two to three times longer.

Stick / TIG Welder Provides Greater Power in a Portable Package
Ideal for ship and offshore yards, construction, pipe, repair and maintenance and heavy fabrication, the easy to move Renegade ES 300i field welding machine from ESAB offers extreme power in a compact format with remote amperage control that extends operator range by providing high precision accuracy over long distances.

Laser Welding Made Easy
The TruLaser Robot 5020 from TRUMPF provides for easy, cost effective entry into laser welding of simple sheet metal parts to bent profiles and three-dimensional geometry that is commonly produced on machining centers.

Intuitive Gas Regulator Provides Superior Safety and Performance for All Common Gases
The innovative Victor EDGE Series 2.0 heavy duty gas regulator from ESAB puts user-interaction at the forefront for handling acetylene, propane, oxygen and inert gases.
