High and Low Capacity Die Carts and Work Stands
The Mini-Titan low capacity standard die cart line from Green Valley Manufacturing has a 250 lb to 2,000 lb capacity range, and their newly designed work stands from the ever-expanding Heavy Duty Titan Industrial Work Horse line has capacities of 500 lb per pair to 100,000 lb per pair.

In Booth A5094, Green Valley Manufacturing Inc. (Mt. Zion, IL) will be exhibiting the Mini-Titan, one of their newly designed custom die carts from the Titan Die Cart Line. The Mini-Titan is a low capacity standard die cart line with a 250 lb to 2,000 lb capacity range that demonstrates the same great quality and longevity and many of the great features that built the Titan name. The Mini-Titan series is safer and faster than using a forklift or manual pump cart and is designed with a variable height deck (or decks) with manual cart mobility via ergonomic push handle. The standard design allows the company to respond to users’ die handling needs with minimal lead times. Newly designed features for the 2017 Mini-Titan include a power transfer system up to 2,000 lb capacity and an ergonomic powered tiller drive.
Newly designed features on the full sized Titan die cart line (with capacities up to 150,000 lb) include deck interlock features, closed circuit TV for docking assist and driver viewing with dock and deck cameras paired with a two-channel monitor at the rider station, powered ball screw driven slide for transfer, extensive safety and alarm features, powered die stop pins, and floor docking rails with powered docking pins.
Also on display will be a newly designed work horse from the ever-expanding Heavy Duty Titan Industrial Work Horse line. Green Valley is known for a spring-loaded suspension system allowing easy unloaded work horse placement, and they have announced that they are now in the engineering, testing, and product development phase of a low capacity line of work horses that also offers easy caster movement and placement for units supporting less than 5,000 lb. Custom options for the Titan industrial work horses (work stands) include capacity, height, width, color, vertical adjustment, fixed or mobile, pinned retaining systems, and surface material. The work stands are offered in capacity ratings from 500 lb per pair to 100,000 lb per pair.
