In Booth A6243, Gema USA Inc. (Indianapolis, IN) will use live demonstrations to show why the gun is the most critical part of the powder coating application process. They will display the latest in powder coating application gun technology that is designed to increase efficiency and productivity while lowering operational costs. One of the many guns being featured will be their new RobotGun GM03-R, a compact, versatile, and efficient system for high quality robot applications and an important key to easily manage complex coating requirements with a high degree of automation. The RobotGun is equipped with a high voltage cascade that ensures outstanding and very precise coating results. Its compact design with optimized TCP (Tool Center Point) makes the gun suitable for operation with all standard robots and hollow wrist robots.
The system integration is carried out by external gun triggering via digital contact from the robot control. The RobotGun can be used in combination with OptiSpray AP01 application pump technology or with injector technology. RobotGun GM03-R enables the operator to comply with the highest of quality expectations and allows the achievement of repeatable and constant coating results on the most complex of objects. Easily integrated into robot application systems, the new compact RobotGun system saves money and increases the productivity of the coating line.
