Ideal for applications such as bulk and micro bulk supply systems, fiber laser assist gas supply, and assist gas delivery systems from high pressure sources, the high pressure, ultra-high flow 67B Series regulator from CONCOA provides steady and reliable control in systems requiring delivery pressures up to 750 psig and flow rates up to 24,000 SCFH.
Laser installation kits from CONCOA condense the time required for field startup of laser equipment by simplifying the regulator, fitting, and hose installation process to increase the timeliness and efficiency of laser startup and validation while minimizing costs.

CONCOA (Virginia Beach, VA) offers a high pressure, ultra-high flow regulator that is designed to provide steady and reliable control in laser assist gas delivery applications supplied by both liquid and high pressure sources. Providing primary control in systems requiring delivery pressures up to 750 psig and flow rates up to 24,000 SCFH, the 67B Series regulator is an ideal fit in applications such as bulk and micro bulk supply systems, fiber laser assist gas supply, and assist gas delivery systems from high pressure sources. The ½ in and ¾ in port sizes work in combination with the 2.3 Cv seat to provide the highest flow rates available while simultaneously enabling unmatched accuracy and response. This regulator’s ISOFLOW technology minimizes the static increment, shortening the response time and increasing the usable range of delivery pressure control.

Available with Viton and Chloroprene seats, along with a variety of internal sealing materials, the 67B allows the user to design a flexible, application-specific system for high flow applications. The 40 micron 316L stainless steel internal filter limits the possibility of gas contamination, while front and rear panel mounting options enable a flexible, streamlined installation. With robust materials of construction and a wide range of delivery options, combined with customization and integration capabilities, the 67B is the ideal choice for laser gas supply applications from any mode of supply.

CONCOA also offers a series of laser installation kits that are designed to condense the time required for field startup of laser equipment. Providing all the necessary components required for startup, these laser installation kits simplify the regulator, fitting, and hose installation process to increase the timeliness and efficiency of laser startup and validation while minimizing costs. Working in tandem with the 67B Series high flow, high pressure regulator, a quality finish is ensured by ejecting molten metal from the kurf zone with instantaneous response and minimal pressure drop. Similarly, the 601 Series Dual-Stage Regulator delivers industry leading low permeation rates with 1×10-8 ccs/second helium leak rate and an integral purge valve with minimal threaded connections. These dynamics prove vital in CO₂ based resonator applications, as permeation directly contributes to contamination and leads to higher maintenance costs and decreased productivity resulting from poor beam quality.

Available with a complete line of laser gas delivery systems and combined with robust materials of construction and backed by decades of industry experience, these laser installation kits ensure optimal performance and reliability in any application worldwide.
