MSCI Streamlines Board of Directors
They reduce the maximum number of directors by 60 percent and create four official standing committees.

The Metals Service Center Institute (Rolling Meadows, IL) has announced the streamlining of their board of directors, reducing the maximum number of directors by 60 percent, and creating four official standing committees responsible for audit, compensation, finance and governance/nominating.
“Our new modern board structure will increase our effectiveness at a time when active board participation is more important than ever,” said MSCI chairman Holman Head, the president and chief operating officer of O’Neal Industries (Birmingham, AL). “We will now have the flexibility and increased board support to maximize our member services and impact.”
Founded in 1909, the Metals Service Center Institute is a nonprofit association based in Rolling Meadows, IL, serving the industrial metals supply chain. It serves more than 300 members in over 1,200 locations in North America.
