Countyline Tool Earns ISO Certification
They achieve ISO 9001:2015 certification for manufacturing and refurbishing highly complex, special carbide cutting tools.

Countyline Tool (Peoria, IL) is the eighth and most recent KOMET SERVICE® Partner to earn ISO 9001:2015 certification that ensures that customers receive goods of a consistently high quality and that all regulatory requirements are met, regardless of the nature of the product or the industry. “Our dedication to excellence in manufacturing high performance custom cutting tools and tool reconditioning is our prime mission,” said Vonda Jones, the president of Countyline. “We strive daily to exceed customer expectations in quality, delivery, performance and customer service.”
Countyline Tool was the first KOMET SERVICE Partner to join the network in December 2012, but the company has manufactured and refurbished highly complex, special carbide cutting tools for their customers since 1985. The shop was purchased by Jones in April of 2012. Their precisely defined and strictly controlled work procedures for original re-grinding are performed on the latest CNC grinding centers, high precision measuring devices and other state-of-the-art equipment by highly skilled technicians that deliver reconditioned tools which will achieve a machining precision of up to 100 percent in comparison to new tools.
