LaserNett Moves to New Location

Their new 87,000 sq ft facility includes enough land for a 60,000 sq ft expansion in the future.

Posted: December 15, 2017

LaserNett Inc. (Mississauga, ON), a leading metal fabrication company, moved to a larger location on December 15, 2017. This new 87,000 sq ft facility will accommodate their growing business and provide needed additional manufacturing space for their diversified products and services with more than double the size of their previous building, with enough land for a 60,000 sq ft expansion in the future. Their new address is 6154 Kestrel Road, Mississauga, ON, L5T 1Z2, Canada.

“This move is an exciting development for us,” said John Popik, the chief executive officer of LaserNett. “It has been coming for a while as the company has experienced significant growth in the past few years. The new facility is located not far from our old one, but it will better support our expanding client base and service offerings. We have a number of new people who have joined the team recently in readiness for the delivery of our 2018 plan. Also, we will be introducing a new 4 kW fiber laser cutter in January 2018 with tube cutting capability that is perfect for custom metal fabrication projects, or mass production laser-cut components. Our existing 4 kW CO2 laser will remain an integral part of our operation, allowing us to keep lead times down and flexibility up. We intend to continue adding new equipment and services, as well as building a great team that can support our plans and further growth going forward.”

Since 1994 the company has evolved from a small and humble laser cutting shop into a trusted metal fabrication provider that services Ontario and beyond, delivering long-standing expertise in design engineering, laser cutting, metal forming, welding and metal finishing to help customers take projects from design and prototyping to final production.
