Tenova Metals Names New CEO
Roberto Pancaldi is their new chief executive officer.

In his new role as chief executive officer of the company, his deep awareness of process technologies and products will guarantee project continuity, with support to stimulate the innovation and drive that characterizes the company's approach to business.
Roberto Pancaldi is the new chief executive officer of Tenova Metals SpA (Castellanza, Italy), assuming the role of Andrea Rocca, who, after five years with the company, has taken new responsibilities in Tecpetrol SA (Buenos Aires, Argentina), another company of the Techint Group (Buenos Aires, Argentina). Pancaldi, 55 years old, who was the chief operating officer of Tenova Metals, joined Techint as a process engineer in 1988 and has spent his entire career with them, and later in Tenova. He held various positions of leadership in different functions and business units of the Metals Division, contributing actively to the development and expansion of the company. His deep awareness of our technologies and products will guarantee the continuity of the projects and will support and stimulate the innovation drive which characterizes the company’s approach to business.
