New TITAN® Series waterjet cutting machines from Semyx, LLC (Dalton, GA) offer huge cutting capabilities in both small and large packages for a wide variety of applications. TITAN waterjets use a vigorous industrial design and rigid construction that combines precision and simplicity and is made to handle high production for versatile applications. A special heavy duty waterjet tank feature allows for extra weight on the tank and presents the option to have a unique design for the tank that utilizes distinctive needs, such as the accommodation of extra thick or delicate parts. Precision ball screws feature high reliability and repeatability and are highly efficient in increasing precision and accuracy while reducing motor wear. Other benefits include low friction and noise, optional backlash elimination and customized safety devices with lubricating options.
