Booth N-237341: New hybrid-bonded long-lasting precision dressing tools from Meister Abrasives dramatically reduce process variability while improving quality and productivity of grinding processes.
Booth N-237341: Innovative precision tools from Meister Abrasives meet the challenges of ever diminishing internal dimensions and more exotic materials used in fuel injection and bearing applications. On large applications, Swiss quality external vit CBN and diamond wheels up to approximately 4 ft are now manufactured in and delivered from the U.S.
Booth N-237341: In this gear box cutaway, two wheels mounted on one arbor are simultaneously grinding multiple bores and faces as part of an innovative system for complex challenges from Meister Abrasives.

In Booth N-237341, Meister Abrasives USA, Inc. (North Kingstown, RI) will display innovative tools that can be custom-tailored to provide users with superior manufacturing quality, precision and productivity. Exhibiting alongside them will be sister company Alfons Schmeier GmbH & Co. (Helmbrechts, Germany). Both companies are divisions of Abraxos Holding AG (Zurich, Switzerland). High points of this showcase include:

  • New HPL anti-friction abrasive tools formulated to eliminate part burning while maintaining superior grinding productivity.
  • New hybrid-bonded long-lasting precision dressing tools that can dramatically reduce process variability while improving quality and productivity of grinding processes.
  • New double-disk fine-grinding wheel solutions customized for grinding ultra-flat and parallel surfaces.
  • Big Wheels: Swiss quality large vit CBN and diamond abrasive wheels, up to Ø1225 mm (approximately 4 ft) diameter, manufactured in and delivered from the U.S.
  • Custom tailored grinding and dressing systems targeted to resolve critical issues facing a broad range of industries, including automotive, fuel injection, aerospace, bearing, medical, energy, and semiconductor manufacturing.

Meister Abrasives applications engineers will be on hand in the booth to discuss how you can improve the performance of your grinding processes.
