R&B Machining Changes Name to Innovative Engineered Solutions
This change better positions them to compete in tube and pipe fabrication and related metal forming markets.

R&B Machining, Inc. (Wilmington, OH) formally changed their name to Innovative Engineered Solutions, Inc. and will be rebranded as iES™ in the marketplace. R&B has been in business for over 30 years in Tipp City, OH, and started a second facility in Wilmington in 2010 that was spun off as a separate business in 2013 under the direction of a new management team, coupled with a change in ownership in 2016. This name change only impacts the Wilmington business and it will help to differentiate the two separately owned businesses to better reflect their mission and vision.
“Due to the collective efforts of our strong team of employees and the faith entrusted in us by our customers, our business has matured into a different business than it was in 2010,” explained company president Joe Eramo. “Our rapid growth has been the result of listening to our customers and developing engineered solutions to meet our customers’ changing requirements. They’ve pushed us to challenge the status quo of the tube bending and forming markets and to develop new cost-effective systems. Our new business name, iES, better positions us for the future in clean air technology and other related metal forming markets that seek innovative technologies for the future.”
