Rotary grinding never looked so good as it does in Booth N-237272, where DCM Tech, Inc. (Winona, MN) showcases a fully enclosed grinding envelope on their IG 480 SD Rotary Table Grinder, which also has integral mist collection and coolant filtration as other standard features that provide clean, consistent grinding operations. The IG 480 removes stock fast and can create finishes that reduce or eliminate the need for subsequent lapping operations. The new 48 in diameter electromagnetic chuck also delivers standard thru spindle vacuum porting of non-magnetic parts. These rotary grinders can increase productivity by as much as 10X.
