Utilizing a short beam delivery system and autofocus for accuracy and beam stability across the entire cutting table, the versatile Bystar L 4025 laser cutting machine from Bystronic uses a 6 kW resonator to easily and economically cut large format sheets up to 8 ft wide, 39 ft long and one inch thick with exceptional cutting precision.

The versatile Bystar L 4025 laser cutting machine from Bystronic Inc. (Elgin, IL) is one of the most technologically advanced and cost effective XXL format machines on the market. The highly efficient and reliable ByLaser 6 kW resonator enables the ByStar L to easily and economically process large format sheets with widths of up to 8 ft and lengths up to 39 ft with exceptional cutting precision. The machine utilizes a short beam delivery system and autofocus for accuracy and beam stability across the entire cutting table. The resonator is equipped with solid state power supplies and a maintenance-free magnetic bearing turbine (MAG) that reduces maintenance and repair costs and enables the ByStar L to cut materials up to one inch thick with speed and accuracy. With the division of the cutting table into work zones, users can load multiple sheets and process multiple programs onto a single table for extended processing. The machine is also capable of processing tube profiles with the Rotary Axis tube option.
