In Booth B-7841, COLE-TUVE, Inc. (White Marsh, MD), the exclusive North American distributor for Sahinler (Bursa, Turkey), introduces the Sahinler 4R HS plate roll that has hydraulic four-roll double pinch plate bending rolls with a two-roll drive. Both the upper and lower central rolls are driven by a hydraulic motor through a planetary gearbox for easier rolling and superior results. The 4R HS is a fully hydraulic four-roll plate roll with hydraulic drive and with hydraulic adjustments for the rolls and the drop end. Standard features include induction hardened rolls, two rolling speeds, a cone bending attachment and three electronic digital readouts on a mobile control console. Sizes range from 3 ft to 13 ft with capacities of 5/32 in to 5/8 in. The 4R HSS model goes up to 20 ft with capacities ranging from 5/16 in to 3-3/8 in. These machines can be optionally equipped with an NC control, upgraded NC control, CNC, hydraulic overhead and side supports, and be modified otherwise to customer requirements.
