No Drip Atomizing Nozzles Conserve Precious Liquids

No Drip External Mix Atomizing Spray Nozzles from EXAIR eliminate post spray drips that waste precious resources when painting, coating, rinsing, cooling, quenching, wetting, or for dust control and humidification.

No Drip External Mix Atomizing Spray Nozzles from EXAIR mix liquid and air outside the nozzle and allow the air and liquid flows to be adjusted independently. When the compressed air supply is shut off, the no drip nozzle positively seals off the flow of liquid eliminating the possibility of drips. These nozzles are available in three different liquid patterns: round, narrow angle flat fan and wide angle flat fan patterns with 1/8 NPT, 1/4 NPT and 1/2 NPT inlets and a variety of liquid flow values to suit the application.

New, patented 1/8 NPT No Drip External Mix Atomizing Spray Nozzles from EXAIR Corporation (Cincinnati, OH) mix liquid and air outside the nozzle and allow the air and liquid flows to be adjusted independently. They work in the same way standard atomizing nozzles do, but have the added benefit of positively stopping liquid flow when compressed air is shut off. Post spray drips that waste precious resources such as expensive coatings, chemicals or water are now eliminated with this patented design. When spraying any type of liquid, post-spray liquid flow can cause big problems. Unwanted drips can ruin product function on sealing or mating surfaces. Drips can also ruin the appearance of painted or coated finishes. No Drip Atomizing Nozzles are ideal where no post-spray drip is permissible. When the compressed air supply is shut off, the no drip nozzle positively seals off the flow of liquid eliminating the possibility of drips.

These nozzles are available in three different liquid patterns: round, narrow angle flat fan and wide angle flat fan patterns. They are available with 1/8 NPT, 1/4 NPT and 1/2 NPT inlets with a variety of liquid flow values to suit your application. They are ideal for pressure-fed applications where precise liquid flow is needed. External mix nozzles can be used on liquids with a viscosity above 300 centipoise. Applications include painting, coating, rinsing, cooling, quenching, wetting (moistening), dust control and humidification. These compact Atomizing Nozzles are fully adjustable to minimize air and liquid consumption and have interchangeable liquid and air caps. They are CE compliant and conflict mineral free. Prices start at $332.
