BLM Group USA (Novi, MI), a global leader in the manufacture of tube and flat sheet processing systems, named William (Bill) J. Nygaard as their new director of service. He has over 20 years of diverse customer service management experience with an emphasis on strategic growth. Before joining the company, Nygaard served key roles with Kubota, Caterpillar, and Komatsu. He is an active member and serves on the board of directors for the NASM (National Association of Service Managers).
