With optimized sawing parameters, a newly designed clamping system with self-adjusting clamping units and PLC controls, the Eisele PSU-450M Automatic Miter Circular Cold Saw from Behringer Saws, Inc. (Morgantown, PA) is ideally suited for single piece cuts and mass production. This flexible and universal automatic miter cold saw has a multitude of leading edge features, including full miter cutting capability, a servo-driven axis for precise material length positioning, integrated gripper feeding unit, PLC controls, upstroking saw design and more. It lends itself very well to solids, tubes, or any type of unique shapes. The automatic PSU miter cold saw has cutting capabilities up to 8.6 in x 2.6 in and can be configured to support specific applications with miter cutting or straight cuts at 90 deg.
