Booth 2009: For quicker, safer tool changes and suitable for tapped holes or T-slots, the Multi-Quick 60 S Clamp (shown here) and Multi-Quick 100 S Clamp from Lenzkes offer a horizontal and vertical adjustable ranges and high clamping pressures with low torque. They both achieve up to 50 percent higher clamping force than other respective models by redesign and reposition of their pivot points. Both clamps use a flatter designed forged clamping shoe and fixing bolts now come with a larger head.

In Booth 2009, the Chain Clamp showcased by Lenzkes Clamping Tools Inc. (Christiansburg, VA) is the easiest, fastest and safest way to hold round or cylindrical workpieces, such as valve bodies, flanges, pump housings and pistons. It is great for repetitive work because the chain does not have to be dismounted (stays on fixing elements) and the chain links do not have to be taken out when clamping different sized parts. The flexibility of the Chain Clamp allows for large and bulky workpieces to be uniformly secured via a low torque setting.

Also on display will be the Multi-Quick 60 S Clamp and Multi-Quick 100 S Clamp that offer a horizontal and vertical adjustable range and high clamping pressure with low torque. The 60 S has a stronger design forged clamping shoe and clamping arm that can achieve up to 50 percent higher clamping force than their MQ60 by redesign and reposition of the pivot point. Its flatter designed forged clamping shoe and fixing bolts now come with a larger head. The 100 S provides greater horizontal adjustment due to its integrated sliding plate. It can achieve up to 50 percent higher clamping force than the MQ100 and MQ 106 by redesign and reposition of the pivot on the sliding plate. It also has a flatter designed forged clamping shoe and fixing bolts now come with a larger head. These styles, along with other Multi-Quick clamps, provide quicker, safer tool changes and are suitable for tapped holes or T-slots.
