Space-Saving, Durable Horizontal Band Saws for Accurate Cuts

In Booth 2821, HE&M Saw, Inc. (Pryor, OK) will feature their 260 BSA metal cutting double-miter pivot band saw that provides accuracy and durability in a space-saving design. This is the answer to shops that need a saw smaller than regular band saws that can double miter, yet bigger than utility saws. The 260 BSA has a 10.2 in W x 5.9 in H capacity at 90 deg and miters up to 60 deg one direction and 45 deg both directions. The saw uses a 1 in x 96-1/2 in x .035 in blade driven by a 1.8 hp motor. It has a patented hydraulic system, hydraulic adjustable vise, moveable control console with 40 in umbilical, and a flood coolant system along with many other features.
Also on display will be the H90A-1 metal cutting horizontal-pivot band saw that provides accuracy and durability in a space-saving design. It uses a 1 in x 12 ft 10 in x .035 in blade powered by a 3 hp motor and has a cutting capacity of 12-3/4 in high x 12-3/4 in flat. The H90A-1 features an automatic bar-feed with a 0-24 in feed stroke capable of a single index. Other features include adjustable blade speed, adjustable clamping pressure, hold-down fixtures and a built-in coolant system with sealed coolant pump.
