Magnum Precision Opens New Facility
Their new 10,000 sq ft headquarters includes a dedicated training center.

The manufacturing sector in the Southwest U.S. continues to grow, led by strong aerospace and semiconductor industries in Arizona. Magnum Precision Machines, Inc. (Phoenix, AZ), a machine tool distributor serving Arizona, New Mexico, Southern Nevada, West Texas and parts of Northern Mexico, will host a special grand opening to celebrate their new Arizona headquarters located in Phoenix. Scheduled for March 26-27, 2019, this event will feature advanced live machine demonstrations and facility tours from 11:00 am to 4:00 pm in a new 10,000 sq ft facility that enables them to offer increased levels of customer support, including a dedicated training center.
The company will deliver an expanded roster of technical training options, service, applications and technical support, equipment rentals and machine sales at this new location. “With our new facility, we can offer a broader range of value-added services to our customers throughout the Southwest and in Mexico,” said Chris Edgar, the owner of Magnum Precision, whose staff includes sales, applications and service personnel. This new facility offers ample space for training seminars, including hands-on sessions targeting machine operators and other customer personnel. The dedicated training center accommodates classes of more than ten students for locally-based sessions, enabling customers to opt for training without the need for long commutes.
Magnum Precision offers bilingual education with translation support for Spanish-speaking customers. “Training and service give us opportunities to build and foster relationships with customers,” added Edgar. “Our new facility will allow us to expand our outreach and our support.” The grand opening event will feature ancillary equipment from the brands and product lines they represent.
