Trans-Matic Installs Lubricant Recycling Systems
The Reclaim-PRO MSR systems from Industrial Innovations will help reduce their lubricant use and cost in stamping.

Trans-Matic Manufacturing, Inc. (Holland, MI), a supplier of metal stampings to a variety of industries, installed four Reclaim-PRO™ MSR lubrication reclamation and recycling systems from Industrial Innovations, Inc. (Grandville, MI) for use at their Holland facility to reduce their lubricant use and cost. These purification units rely upon coalescing plate separators to separate the oil from coolant or water by utilizing the buoyancy of the oil droplets. The coolant flow carries the droplets into the modules where they rise up to the underside of the coalescing plates and are captured for removal, filtering the dirt particles and eliminating the tramp oils so that the lubricant can be re-used. This approach eliminates any disposal issues as no absorbents are used in the process, and the systems can be cleaned in place for easy maintenance.
