For punching flat copper, aluminum or steel from 0.6 in to 7.9 in wide and 0.1 in to 0.6 in thick, the FlexPunch 3-axis CNC machine from EHRT requires no additional employees for adjustments and can be equipped with up to ten tool stations and 28 punches to save significant time during operations.

FlexPunch and FlexPunch compact 3-axis CNC machines from EHRT North America, Inc. (Harrisburg, PA) offer unprecedented modularity and accuracy for punching flat copper, aluminum or steel from 0.6 in to 7.9 in wide and 0.1 in to 0.6 in thick.

These flexible punching and bending machines use a high degree of automation, including simple-to-operate software. No additional employees are needed for adjustments, which saves significant time during operations. Each modular machine possesses ten or four tool stations that are all MultiTool-capable. Using new 3in1 MultiTools, the larger FlexPunch can be equipped with up to 28 punches, while the smaller FlexPunch compact can be equipped with up to ten, plus a cutting station.

The smaller footprint of the FlexPunch compact is ideal for production in limited space. Both machines offer many customized options – including form taps, sorting stations, different marking systems and endless adaptations – along with the possible retrofit and automation of current fabrication processes. Several ejector positions can be set up on the sorting belt.
