The portable Model 1673 from Huth Ben Pearson can accomplish almost any expanding application, such as tapers, flares and flanges. It expands and reduces tubing and pipes up to Schedule 40, reduces outside diameters up to 3 in and expands up to 5½ in. Mounted on its own easy-wheeling cart, it allows operators to change tooling in less than a minute and perform doming and reducing anywhere.

The versatile Model 1673 portable expander, reducer, and swaging machine from Huth Ben Pearson International LLC (Hartford, WI) expands and reduces tubing as well as pipes up to Schedule 40. It will do reductions on outside diameters up to 3 in and expand up to 5½ in. Mounted on its own easy-wheeling cart, it allows operators to perform doming and reducing anywhere. Its tremendous versatility allows it to accomplish almost any expanding application, such as tapers, flares and flanges. Its small footprint makes it a natural for a lean cell operation.
