Finish Bent and Straight Parts Made of Stainless Steel, Mild Steel, Brass, or Aluminum

J&S Machine, Inc. (Ellsworth, WI) features an extensive line of pipe and tube finishing and deburring equipment from Garboli Srl (Verbania, Italy) that can finish both straight and bent parts. For over 20 years Garboli has been developing and producing machines for grinding, satining, deburring, buffing, polishing and finishing of metal items, with applications ranging from bathroom fittings to automotive parts, plant engineering, metal construction and many other sectors. Their ability to work with bent tubes, straight tubes, and flat material enables them to customize machines for specific applications and compliment their standard line capabilities of working with tubes ODs from 3/8 in to 8 in. The Garboli LPC 160 Planetary Pipe and Tube Finisher has a 2 in OD capacity and, with a quick change of abrasive belts, can be used for grinding, finishing, polishing or satin finishing of bent and straight parts made of stainless steel, mild steel, brass, or aluminum metals having a round, oval, elliptical or irregular section.

The LPC 160 is equipped with two independent motors: one for the planetary disc rotation and one for the abrasive belt rotation. Optional equipment available include variable abrasive speed control, foot pedal control of belt speed and part feed load and unloading units. The LPC500TE large diameter – tight radius polishing machine has a maximum capacity of 8 in with a design feature of polishing 6 in OD x 6 in CLR bent tubes with a 90 deg bend. The SET deburring machine has a capacity of 4½ in and features two motors for brush rotation and head rotation, allowing the machine to deburr inside and outside edges of the tube in one operation.
