An electronic pendant controls boom up/down and arc start/stop for easy operation of the rugged Mini Pantheon Pipe Welding System from Lincoln Electric, which uses a 25 ft Magnum PRO 550 welding gun with 180 deg gun tube for high duty cycle welding, 4 in manual cross slides with a welding torch holder for three axes of adjustment, a controller with four immediate and four time-delay contacts for motion control, and an eight-memory slot, digital linear weaver to save oscillator settings.

The Mini Pantheon™ Pipe Welding System from Lincoln Electric® (Cleveland, OH) is an economical, space efficient manipulator that brings mechanized automation to pipe welding with heavy duty construction and linear bearings that help deliver repeatable high quality welds and a stable platform for pipe spooling. The Mini Pantheon system is designed to increase productivity and reduce operator fatigue. Its electronic pendant controls boom up/down and arc start/stop for ease of operation, while the controller offers four immediate and four time-delay contacts to be used for motion control. Additional features include an eight-memory slot, digital linear weaver to keep oscillator settings saved. A 25 ft Magnum® PRO 550 welding gun with 180 deg gun tube is used for high duty cycle welding. The 4 in manual cross slides with a welding torch holder allow three axes of adjustment. Key accessories for this system are available, such as fume extractor options, pipe stands and positioners.
