The Rare Earth magnet from Heck Industries features an extra heavy case, larger handle with safety lock and internal ON/OFF switch that will not even pick up shop chips when off.

Heck Industries (Hartland, MI) added a new line of affordable lifting magnets to their offering of fabricating equipment. Their new Rare Earth magnet features an extra heavy case, larger handle with safety lock and internal ON/OFF switch. When in the OFF position, the magnet is completely dead and will not even pick up shop chips. A free catalog is available from Heck.
